3. Booking Contracts & Payments

All rental bookings made through the platform are contracts between the respective host and renter. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Platform fees collected by HomiQ are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent actions, spam, or behaviors that degrade the safety and experience of the community.

5. Amendments
